The Walking Dead: Tell it to the Frogs (#1.3)
Disappointed, not the usual pace of The Walking Dead. The mall survivors make it back to the forest camp, with Rick reunited with Lori and his son, Carl. It turns out it was Shane, Ricks police partner, who informed Ricks family of his ‘death’. Although it is unclear whether Shane knew the truth himself.
Star Trek (Film review of 5/5)
Another great Abrams production. Everyone should watch this, and that’s a recommendation from a NON-trekkie. Wonderful scenes, great (if a little too complicated) story and brilliant acting.
The Walking Dead: Guts (#1.2)
Lots of tension and some gorey scenes from The Walking Dead. This episode is called “Guts”, and halfway through it becomes bloody obvious (pun

Film: Limitless
A good action thriller about a dried up writer finding an escape from life by taken an experimental super drug. With his life unraveling fast – can Eddie keep his world and mind in one piece.

Well today I had my first taste of it, a training session down in South-East Wiltshire. It [...]
Zack Snyder – Come on down!
Even though I do love my films, I’m pretty poor at knowing which director did what, which big star actor was in so-and-so, or who wrote the original script. However I’ve seen Zack Snyder’s name come up a lot recently, so I thought I’d write a few words on probably his 4 biggest movies. 300 [...]
Film: Day of the Dead
Very disappointing, too many ‘exceptions’ to the rules here. Bad plot, characters and editing decisions make this a definite no-no! People should avoid this and just rewatch the original ‘Day of the Dead’ film that this one has just butchered the name of.
